Start with a rectangle
piece of paper.

  

               

             
           
  Then fold
the top down about an inch
and a half.      
         
       





                                 









And back up an inch
and a quarter,
we've created a pleat fold
now flip it over.



















Now do another
pleat  fold on the top.














Now valley fold the right side
a little past the center.



















Now same  with the left side.














Fold back
top corners
and flip over.




















Decorate!
